Quality Star NY

QUALITYstarsNY targets our resources and support to early childhood programs serving New York’s under-resourced communities and families. Currently, QUALITYstarsNY serves more than 800 early childhood programs in all settings across all 10 economic development regions of New York State. All regulated programs serving children age 0-5 are eligible to apply to participate, including child care centers, family/group child care, pre-k in both centers and schools, and Head Start/Early Head Start programs.
