Canning- Parent Training

“ We made salsa and blueberry jam and canned them. Now I want to can everything!” was feedback from one of the Early Head Start participants who attended the October 5th Preserving the Harvest class. The attendees learned how to safely prepare and can fruits and vegetables and each left with a new canner, canning jars, and the preserved items.
